We believe that every athlete has incredible potential, often far greater than they are able to see in themselves. We also believe that working out should be fun, should prioritize health, and should be as efficient as possible so you continue to see big results (while also having a life outside the gym). 

We know this is possible because we've done it ourselves. Before integrating the Project UP philosophy into our lives, our fitness goals and lifestyle were not entwined. The focus of our training was to look good on the beach, build up glamour muscles, and have a flat stomach. Bicep curls, crunches, and beer. Progress was made, but the results were underwhelming.

On our Olympic journey, our eyes were opened to a far more effective style of training. Project UP was born as a new approach to fitness, one that became a lifestyle rather than a monotonous routine. Our philosophy focused on improving our functional fitness and overall performance in day-to-day life. By prioritizing good movement patterns, strength training, interval sessions, and a keen focus on diet, we felt and looked better than we ever had before.
